Green Growth CEO, Maryam Abdulmalik, appointed to National FarmerMoni Technical Working Group

Green Growth International Limited has announced the appointment of its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Maryam Abdulmalik, as a Member of the FarmerMoni Technical Working Group (TWG) under the Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP) of the National Social Investment Programme Agency (NSIPA).

The Technical Working Group provides strategic direction, technical guidance, and policy support for the implementation of the FarmerMoni Programme — a flagship federal initiative designed to expand financial access for smallholder farmers, stimulate rural enterprise, and strengthen agricultural productivity across Nigeria.

Maryam Abdulmalik’s appointment is a recognition of her leadership in agribusiness development, climate-smart agriculture, enterprise-based farmer support systems, and inclusive economic growth.

Under her leadership, Green Growth International has continued to champion scalable models that empower farmers, women, and youth while promoting sustainable agricultural practices.

Commenting on the appointment, Abdulmalik stated: “This opportunity represents both a privilege and a responsibility to contribute to national efforts aimed at strengthening farmer resilience, improving access to finance, and building a more inclusive agricultural economy. Abdulmalik will also attend the official flag-off ceremony of the 2026 Dry/Wet Season Farming Programme in Abuja, marking the nationwide commencement of programme activities.
