Landlord narrates how couple murdered 22 year-old girl in Ogun
Landlord to the couple that murdered 22-year-old Ife at leme, Abeokuta, Ogun State has narrated how the deceased boyfriend instructed the couple to carry out the act.
Speaking with newsmen in Ogun, the landlord said, “They initially told me it was smoked fish, but what we saw was several parts of the girl’s body.”
The landlord explained that he doesn’t stay in the house where the body of the deceased was found. He however revealed that those in the community were the ones who called to inform him of a strange odour coming from the couple’s apartment.

According to him, he immediately alerted the traditional chief and some agile men in the community and questioned the couple about the odour, and that was how they showed the landlord the basin where they kept the girl’s hands, intestines and other body parts.
The sister to the deceased Comfort said she didn’t inform her when leaving the house. She narrated that a friend to the deceased was the one who told her that her 22-year-old sister went to visit a woman who promised to settle the dispute she had with her boyfriend. Unknown to her the woman and her husband were instructed by her boyfriend to use her for money ritual.
The couple have been arrested and are in the custody of law enforcement agents in Abeokuta, Ogun state.
