On Thursday, August 27, 2020, the paramount ruler of the Igala kingdom, HRM Michael Ameh Oboni II gave up the ghost.
The monarch before his death was the Chairman, Kogi State traditional council.
The cause of his death is still sketchy as at the time of filing this report.
It was, however, disclosed by sources that he passed on after a brief ailment.
