Play Network launches Nollywood’s first-ever mobile game app – “Aki & Pawpaw Epic Run” (Video)
Play Network Africa has recently launched the first-ever Nollywood-themed mobile game app, “Aki & Pawpaw Epic Run”, which is based on the 2002 comedy movie “Aki Na Ukwa,” starring the veteran Nigerian actors Chinedu Ikedieze and Osita Iheme.
Charles Okpaleke, the CEO of Play Network Africa, announced the release of the game app on Twitter, stating, “Say hello to the first Nollywood game app.”
Prior to the launch of the game app, Play Network Studios obtained the rights to Aki and Pawpaw and produced a remake of the 2002 movie, which Netflix licensed in 2021.
The Aki and Pawpaw Epic Run game app is now available for download on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
