Police arrest 7 armed robbers who invaded late Abiola’s house in Ikeja, carting away hard currencies

On Wednesday, September 2, 2020, armed robbers invaded the home of late Moshood Abiola MKO, in Ikeja, Lagos state.

Money in different currencies and denominations were reportedly carted away by the robbers.

Meanwhile, Police have arrested some of the armed robbers that invaded the house of MKO, Abiola.

A police source that confirmed the arrest said: “seven (7) was arrested”.

It was gathered that the arrested suspects have been handed over to the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, of the police.

Though, as at the time of filing this report, no official statement has been made by the police.
