– Irish potatoes
– Green pepper
– Carrots
– Eggs
– Mayonnaise
– Salad cream

Preparation:
1. Peel and wash the potatoes.
2. Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft, then drain and cut them into round slices.
3. Boil the eggs according to the salad quantity, peel them, and cut them into round slices.
