The summit’s primary focus is on the ongoing crisis in the Middle East, including the Israel-Palestinian conflict. According to Presidential spokesman Bayo Onanuga, President Tinubu is expected to deliver a speech urging an immediate ceasefire and emphasizing Nigeria’s stance on a peaceful resolution to the crisis. He will also advocate for the revival of the two-state solution as a pathway to achieving lasting peace in the region.

“Nigeria remains steadfast in its call for a ceasefire and the pursuit of lasting peace between Israel and Palestine. President Tinubu’s participation underscores our nation’s commitment to promoting peace and stability in the region,” Onanuga said.

The summit represents a critical forum for addressing regional tensions and fostering dialogue among Arab and Islamic nations.
