“Remain good ambassadors of the state” – Gov. Buni tells two illustrious sons of Yobe State as Appeal Court Judges are sworn-in (Photos)

The Governor of Yobe State, Honourable Mai Mala Buni, was today at the Supreme Court, to support two illustrious sons of the state who were sworn into office as Judges of the Court of Appeal.

This was contained in a press release signed by Mamman Mohammed, Director General, Press and Media Affairs to the Governor of Yobe State.

Justice Ibrahim Wakili Jauro and Justice Usman Musale took an Oath of office at the Supreme Court.

The new Appeal Court judges were highly elated with the personal presence of Governor Buni for the show of love, solidarity and exemplary leadership that gives them a true sense of belonging.

Justices Jauro and Musale described the event as a double celebration of their elevation in their chosen career and the personal presence of Governor Buni to support them.

Governor Buni urged the new Justices to serve with fear of Allah and to remain good ambassadors of the state.

“You are a reflection of the state in the judiciary, l am sure you will make the people of Yobe state proud.

“I want to assure you that you can always count on our support and prayers for your success in your new offices” Governor Buni assured.

The Governor also called on the people of the state to continue to support government and government officials to promote good governance and improve the lives of the citizens.
