As both Ali Nuhu’s son, Ahmad Ali Nuhu who is 15 and Ummi Rahab Adam Zango are coming of age, some stakeholders in Kannywood wants them to be joined as husband and wife, to cement the already sour relationship between Zango and Ali Nuhu.
Though, from all angles, Ali Nuhu is the godfather of Adam A. Zango and hundreds of other actors and actresses in Kannywood. The two of them are always fighting over who is the leader of the Hausa based film industry.
Ali Nuhu has Honorary Doctorate Degree, he also has a Master Degree from the University of Jos, where he read Geography. Adam Zango has secured Admission twice into Kaduna Polytechnic and Northwest University, Kano but he did not turn up to even register.
Similarly, when Adam Zango married 6 times, but now has only one wife with 6 children. But Ali Nuhu has only one wife Maimuna Ali Nuhu, and two children Ahmed Ali Nuhu and Fatima Ali Nuhu, these may not even be the stumbling block, Ummi Rahab is not the biological daughter of Adam Zango and up to now, nobody can tell who actually is her real parents.
Though she is very active on social media, she has never discussed her family background and these may make it difficult for Ali Nuhu and his family to accept her in marriage for their son.
Ali Nuhu himself is a subject of discussion because his father lived and died as a Christian by the name Nuhu Poloma from Gombe State. Ali Nuhu’s mother was Kanuri from Borno and lived and died as a Muslim.
