EFCC arraigns man in court for ₦108m fertilizer fraud The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has brought Sanusi Hashim before the Kaduna State High Court in Zaria, accusing him of misappropriating ₦108 million intended for fertilizer supply. Hashim faces charges of dishonestly misappropriating funds, in violation of Section 293, punishable under Section 294 of the Penal Code.
