Kebbi Emir seeks return of historic artefacts stolen by British Gov’t The Emir of Argungu in Kebbi State, Alhaji Samaila Mera, has appealed to the British Government to return some of the historic artefacts of the former Kebbi Kingdom missing during the colonial era.
