Emir of Fika turbans AVM Bagare as Kauran Fika The Emir of Fika and Chairman Yobe State Council of Traditional Rulers Dr. Muhammad Ibn Abali Muhammadu Idrissa has turbaned Air Vice Marshall (AVM), Abubakar Bala Bagare (rtd) as Kauran Fika.
