The Rivers State Government has offered full scholarship to 55 Medical students admitted to the college of medical sciences in the Rivers State University, Port Harcourt. Governor Nyesom Wike disclosed this during the foundation laying ceremony for the construction of the Faculty of College of Medical Sciences in the university.
