Police free man allegedly chained by father for 17 years in Bauchi The Bauchi State Police Command has rescued a man who was allegedly chained for 17 years by his biological father in Shadawanka Village, Bauchi Local Government Area. The victim, identified as Muhammad Lawan, popularly known as Babangida, was reportedly confined and restrained to a wooden log inside his father’s house for nearly two decades.
