Ndubuka arraigned for scam, pretending as Caucasian gay man A Nigerian man, Joseph Victor Ndubuka, who allegedly pretended to be a Caucasian gay man to defraud his victims, was arraigned before Justice Darius Khobo of the Kaduna State High Court on Monday.
