Kano gov't establishes clinic for pilgrims in Makkah Kano State Government has established clinics for its pilgrims in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, in an effort to provide adequate medical care. Daily Trust reports that there are 3,110 pilgrims from the state in this year’s Hajj.
