Gunmen abduct Commissioner for Trade in Bayelsa Gunmen have abducted the Bayelsa State Commissioner for Trade and Commerce, Federal Otokito Oparminola from his residence at Otuokpoti community, in Ogbia Local Government Area of the state around 11pm on Thursday night.
