Daily Trust Editor-in-Chief loses mother in Kano Hajiya Rabi Idris (Hajiya Umma), mother of Daily Trust Editor-in-Chief, Malam Hamza Idris, is dead. According to one of her sons, Aminu Idris, she passed away in the early hours of  Monday, 23rd June, 2025, at her residence in Kano, after a brief illness.
