Speaker condemns attack on village in Taraba

The Speaker of the Taraba State House of Assembly, Dr Joseph Albasu-Kunini, on Wednesday condemned the attack on Shomoh Sarki village in the Lau Local Government Area of the state by suspected Jole militia. The attack led to the death of over 18 persons and destruction of property. Kunini in an interview with journalists in Jalingo said it was barbaric and highly insensitive for any group of persons to take up arms against another group.
