INEC cancels election results of Doguwa's constituency  Following the arrest and detention of the Majority Leader of the House of Representatives in Kano, Alhassan Ado  Doguwa, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) said the results declaring him the winner of Doguwa/Tundunwada Federal Constituency would be canceled because it was announced under duress. Doguwa was arrested in connection with a suspected case of criminal conspiracy, culpable homicide, causing grievous hurt, mischief by fire, and inciting disturbance.
