Police in Lagos dismiss Sergeant for shooting girlfriend in mouth

The Lagos State Police Command has dismissed Sergeant Eze Aiwansoba who was charged with attempted murder by shooting his girlfriend, Joy Ndubueze, in her mouth on Salvation Road, Opebi, in Ikeja, Lagos. The state Police Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi, said in a statement on Monday that following Swansea's dismissal, he had been charged with murder and arraigned before a magistrates’ court in Yaba.
