Yobe gov’t committed to academic excellence – NTIC The Managing Director of the Nigerian Tulip International Colleges (NTIC), Feyzullah Bilgin, has applauded the Yobe State Government for prioritising a "culture of academic excellence" in the state. In a statement released on Sunday, Bilgin highlighted the recent achievement of twenty-two NTIC students chosen by the National Mathematical Centre (NMC) to attend a three-day Olympiad camp.
