Gov. Ayade locks out workers over lateness (Photos) Cross River State Governor, Ben Ayade, has locked out hundreds of workers from the state government house over lateness. According to reports, Governor Ayade, on arriving at the office, immediately ordered the opening of a register and asked the chief security officer to lock the gate against any late-coming worker thereafter.
