Civil servant returns missing ₦40m to owner A civil servant  has portrayed an act of integrity and honesty as he returns a staggering sum of 40 million naira to the owner. The man in question, Malam Aminu Umar Kofar Mazugal, a middle-ranking civil servant, found a bag filled with bundles of US dollar notes at the Abubakar Imam Urology Centre in Kano.
