Petroleum Minister commissions solar-powered ICT centre in Daura, Katsina The Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Chief Timipre Sylva, has commissioned a solar-powered Information and Communication Technology (ICT) centre at the Kalgo-Gari Government Secondary School in the Daura Local Government Area of Katsina State.
