Power coy CEO, Leno Adesanya to pay Fashola N2b for libel 

The Chief Executive Officer of Sunrise Power and Transmission Company Limited, Leno Adesanya has been enmeshed in a libel case with Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola over a false publication. In a suit filed by the minister's lawyer, Mr Charles Edosomwan (SAN) before the High Court in Abuja and presided by Justice Sylvester Oriji, the minister accused Adesanya and two national dailies of making false and disparaging publications against him.
