By Dahiru Suleiman from DUTSE The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) says more than 3,905 Nigerians have been trained with relevant skills under its National Empowerment Training Programme (NETP). This was disclosed by Mr. Even Okiricha who represented the Director-General, Joseph Ari, at the graduation ceremony of 100 Jigawa youths in Dutse, the state capital after successfully completing the empowerment training for self reliance in various skills including catering, plumbing and pipe fittings.
