Badejo-Okusanya makes history as second woman elected NBA president Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) Oyinkansola Badejo-Okusanya has emerged as the 33rd President-elect of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), becoming only the second woman to lead the association since its establishment 66 years ago.Badejo-Okusanya defeated two other Senior Advocates of Nigeria in the 2026 NBA presidential election, polling 12,317 votes, representing 47.18 per cent of the 26,106 votes cast.
