President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Emmanuel Lyambee Jime as the Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Shippers Council. His appointment was disclosed on Thursday in a statement by Garba Shehu, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media & Publicity.
