Agency laments rising number of IDPs in Niger  The Director General of the Niger State Emergency Management Agency (NSEMA), Mr Ibrahim Ahmed Inga, has lamented the rising number of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Niger State. Inga said the increase is a result of the continued attacks by bandits and the occurrence of natural disasters in the state.
