Okorie Agwu, a 42-year-old driver with the Imo State Transport Company (ITC) narrated how he convinced, raped and impregnated 11-year JSS 1 student in Imo state. The culprit recounted how he deceived, defiled and impregnated an 11-year-old girl to a family court in Owerri, the state capital. “I convinced her with N100 note and promised her that I will buy a cellphone for her”.
