Police arrest father for defiling 10-year-old daughter The Lagos State police command has arraigned a 38-year-old man, Lucky Ugwauka, in Badagry for allegedly defiling his 10-year-old daughter. Ugwauka was charged with defilement before a Badagry Chief Magistrates’ Court. He, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge. The prosecutor, Inspector Ayodele Adeosun, told the court that the defendant committed the offence on 16th of August at about 6.00.p.m, at Abapasha St. in Ojo area of Lagos.
