Rivers state flood victims receive aid as NEMA distributes relief items in Obio/Akpor LGA The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) has continued with flood intervention in Rivers State by distributing relief items to those affected by the disaster in the Ruhali community of Ogbogoro Kingdom, Obio/Akpor Local Government Area.
