A Magistrates’ Court sitting in Kano on Wednesday sentenced Sahalu Musa to one-month imprisonment for stealing 25 litres of diesel. The Prosecutor, Insp. Umar Tahir had told the court that the convict committed the offence on May 18, at Tudun Yola Quarters, Kano. Tahir said that one Emanuel Luka and a team attached to Iron Guard Integrated Service Limited, arrested the convict, a security guard of the company for being in possession of the diesel.
