The Treasurer of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos, Sumbo Ajose, is dead. Ajose, 55 years old, passed away in the United States of America Tuesday night. The politician battled with an undisclosed illness and was receiving treatment until she succumbed. Publicity Secretary, Seye Oladejo, described Ajose’s demise as “sad and unfortunate.” In a statement, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu said he is in shock.
