U.S. District Court to charge Nigerian pastor for fraud The United States District Court in Baltimore has charged a Nigerian pastor identified as Joshua Olatokunbo Shonubi, for a federal conspiracy to commit marriage fraud, Visa fraud and for presenting false documents to a Federal Government Agency.
