UBEC unveils 2025-2027 strategic roadmap for basic education development By Uji A. Iliyasu, Abuja The Executive Secretary of the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC), Aisha Garba, has launched a three-year strategic plan aimed at enhancing the basic education sub-sector in Nigeria. The roadmap, titled the "UBEC 2025–2027 Strategic Blueprint," was officially introduced during a two-day Management Retreat held in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
