PDP BoT Chairman, Walid Jibrin, resigns Walid Jibrin, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees (BoT) of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), has resigned from his position. Mr Jibrin, a former senator from Nasarawa State announced his resignation at the PDP BoT meeting in Abuja on Thursday. His decision to step down, he explained, is to ensure victory for the party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, and the PDP in general.
