A journalist with BBC Hausa service, Ahmed Wakili and eight other women have been hospitalised after a robbery attack that left them with machete cuts.
The robbers were said to have invaded Masaka, behind Key Science Academy, by Abuja-Keffi dual carriageway in the night on of September 6, 2020.
The robbers were said to have operated for hours and no help came to the victims even though they were stationed a few meters away, one of the victims who spoke to newsmen said.
The victims are recuperating in an unnamed hospital.
