President of Poultry Farmers Association, Ezekiel Ibrahim Mam, is dead

The president of the Poultry Association of Nigeria (PAN), Ezekiel Ibrahim Mam, has died after a prolonged illness.

This was disclosed by the Director-General of PAN, Onallo Akpa, on Sunday.

He said Ibrahim Mam was confirmed dead on Saturday afternoon after struggling with his health for months.

The DG stated that the association would be in touch with the deceased’s family concerning burial arrangements.

Ezekiel Ibrahim Mam was an indigene of Fika Local Government in Yobe State, he was PAN’s national vice president, North-East region.

He succeded Dr Ayoola Oduntan as PAN’s president in 2017.

Late Mam had over 30 years of experience in the poultry farming business and was the owner of EL Ibrahim Enterprises, which is headquartered in Maiduguri, Borno State.
