Army orders officers’ arrest for torturing hotel manager to death
The Nigerian Army headquarters has taken decisive action in response to the tragic death of the manager of Damgrete Hotel in Umuahia, Abia State, ordering the arrest and investigation of the officers implicated in the incident.
