WE, THE PEOPLE OF CONSCIENCE, DECLARE:
When powerful nations commit genocide, they believe they are above the law. When they bomb children, bomb hospitals, and starve an entire population, they believe no court can touch them. They are wrong.
The International Criminal Court (ICC) now stands at a historic crossroads. It holds the power to challenge this impunity and deliver justice for the Palestinian people. But it faces unprecedented political pressure, threats, and intimidation designed to paralyze it.
We will not let justice be bullied into silence.
This petition is our global declaration of support for the ICC to proceed with its investigations into war crimes and crimes against humanity in Palestine, free from political interference. We remind the Court that its mandate comes not from powerful states, but from the principle of universal justice and the victims who cry out for it.

OUR DEMANDS ARE CLEAR:
– We call on the Office of the Prosecutor to proceed with all investigations and potential arrest warrants regarding the situation in Palestine without fear, favour, or delay.
– We demand that all member states of the ICC respect its independence and judicial process, and refrain from any form of political interference or intimidation.
– We urge the international community to create a protective shield around the Court, ensuring it has the political and financial support to fulfil its mandate.
