The Governor of Bauchi State Bala Mohammed has reiterated his administration’s commitment to producing ten million 10 million face mask for health workers, students, teachers and the most vulnerable in the society.
Governor Bala stated this yesterday, while swearing-in four new Care Taker Committee Chairmen for Ningi, Darazo, Tafawa Balewa and Kirfi Local Government Areas at the Banquet Hall Government House Bauchi.

According to him, “I will give money to a procured face mask for distribution at communities, ensure that these face mask reached the most vulnerable in the society while on our own part I have approved the production of ten million face mask for distribution to various groups and association in the state.
He said, his administration was fully prepared to conduct Local Government election as when the Coronavirus (COVID-19) will be over so that it can deepen democracy.
He added that COVID-19 pandemic has halted the conduct of the election while insisting that his administration was ever ready to conduct the elections.
He advised them to carry all and sundry in the run day to activities of the respective areas.
They were sworn in by Bauchi State Chief Judge Justice Talatu Ravi Umar include, Saleh Abdu Nasaru, Ningi LGA, Garba Musa Bara, Kirfi LGA, Abbass Aliyu, Darazo LGA and Daniel Danjuma Mazadu, Tafawa Balewa LGA.
