The Department of State Security (DSS), has re-invited former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Dr Obadiah Mailafiya for further discussions.
Speaking on his fresh invitation, Dr Obadiah said he is standing with the former House of Representatives Speaker, Alhaji Ghali Umar Na’Abba, who will also appear before DSS, today (Monday).
The message read in part: “We stand firmly with Comrade the Rt. Honourable Ghali Na’bba. Solidarity forever!
“Comrades kindly be notified that the Men in Black have invited me for a ‘chat’ yet again. I’m to appear before them at the Jos Command HQ of DSS at 12.00 noon today Monday. Solidarity forever!”
On reason for the fresh invitation, Bawa believed it wouldn’t be anything different from the last encounter, which he said was purely interactive.
Last Wednesday, Mailafiya honoured an invitation at the DSS Jos office based on an interview he granted an Abuja- based Radio FM where he alleged that a northern Governor was Commander of Boko Haram insurgents.

Mailafiya was in the DSS premises for six hours but was later released unconditionally.
