Buhari says governing Nigeria requires immense sacrifice

Former President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, has emphasised that governing Nigeria is one of the most challenging things one can undertake in life.

The former leader, in his Sallah message conveyed through his spokesperson, Malam Garba Shehu, noted that the task requires immense sacrifice and support from the citizenry.

Buhari sent warm greetings to Muslims celebrating Eid-al-Adha, wishing those embarking on the pilgrimage Hajj Mabrur a fulfilling spiritual journey and safe return home.

He called on Nigerians to rally behind President Bola Tinubu’s administration, hailing him as a transformational leader whose policies and achievements are propelling Nigeria towards a bright future.

Buhari’s call for support for Tinubu’s administration is likely to have a significant impact on Nigeria’s political landscape, given his stature as a respected statesman and elder statesman.
