Decomposing bodies found in serial killer doctor’s office days after arrest (Photos)

Operatives of Edo State Police Command have discovered two decomposing bodies in the office of

Dr Adio Adeyemi Adebowale, who was arrested for the murder of a taxi driver.

Recall that Dr Adebowale who is the Chief Medical Director at Kaiama General Hospital, Kwara State, was on September 6, arrested for the death of Emmanuel Agbonvinues, a taxi driver in Edo State, whom he injected leading to his death and later dumped his body in a bush before stealing his car.

To this, the police in the course of investigation, discovered a decomposed female body buried inside his office, while another one was found inside a trash bin there.

One of them, lfeoluwa, 32, was said to be his girlfriend who was declared missing in 2021. The other one was Nofisat Halidu.

According to reports, the suspect had lured lfeoluwa to a restaurant on a date and on their way there, he hit her head with an object and she died. He then proceeded to steal her vehicle and buried her secretly.

The Spokesman of the State Police Command, Okasanmi Ajayi, on Sunday, said that the doctor has confessed to the killing of lfeoluwa while investigation continues.
