Fake doctor injects patients with mystery substance at Ealing hospital

In a shocking incident, a 20-year-old woman posing as a doctor at Ealing Hospital in west London injected a police-custody patient with an unidentified substance.

Kreuena Zdrafkova, wearing a white coat, stethoscope, medical gloves, and a yellow badge, gained access to the hospital in April, where she administered a liquid injection to calm the patient. Despite her lack of medical training, she also took photos of the patient’s neck and hand.

CCTV footage captured Zdrafkova interacting with hospital staff and examining needles in a blood room. She was later spotted in an ambulance speaking to a paramedic. Zdrafkova was arrested three days after returning to the hospital with medical documents.

During her trial at Isleworth Crown Court, Zdrafkova claimed she was “living out her dream of becoming a doctor” and denied any malicious intent. The mother of two pleaded guilty to common assault and was sentenced to a community order with 15 days of rehabilitation.

She is now banned from visiting NHS facilities unless for her own or her children’s medical appointments or to visit family in hospital.

London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust stated that it fully supported the police investigation and had taken measures to enhance security at its facilities.
