FUGA Acting Dean of Education, Dr Ramatu Tinja, passes away
Dr Ramatu Tinja, Associate Professor and Acting Dean of the Faculty of Education at Federal University, Gashua (FUGA), has passed away.
The Tikau Emirate Platform announced that the sad event occurred on Tuesday evening in Kano State.

The Head of Information and Public Relations, Jana’iza will hold on Wednesday, 11th February 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the Army Barracks, Potiskum, Yobe State.
Ramatu Tinja was a dedicated academic, an inspiring leader, and a committed member of the University community.

Her immense contributions to the growth and development of the Faculty of Education and the university at large will be fondly remembered.
