How leaking roof disrupted Senate plenary (Video)

The Tuesday morning rain in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, disrupted activities at the Senate hallowed Chamber following heavy leaks from the roof.

With the development, Senators who were already at the chamber were forced to move outside and discuss in groups.

The staff of the National Assembly were seen scooping water into buckets with dustpans as the entire environment was covered with water.

Some Senators who arrived at the premises while it was still filled with water, had to access the building through the entrance of the House of Representatives.
