Gov Buni condoles with people of Borno over the death of former Gov Goni

His Excellency Yobe state Governor Mai Mala Buni has condoled with the government and people of Borno state over the death of the former Governor of the old Borno state, Alhaji Mohammed Goni.

Buni noted that the death of the second Republic governor was a huge loss especially to the people of Borno and Yobe states.

He described the death of the former Governor as an exit of a great democrat who believed in the tenets of democracy and service to the people.

 He said Goni’s death has created a vacuum.

The governor prayed almighty Allah to grant the deceased eternal rest in Aljannatur Firdaus.

He equally prayed that Allah grants the family, government and people of the state the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
